Departing Denarau for CLOUD 9 at 01.00 PM
Duration time of 60 minutes for boat transfers
Departing from CLOUD 9 at 06:00 PM to arrive at Denarau by 07:00 PM

Children under 10 years and infants are not permitted on Cloud 9
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation within 24hours, due to Weather Conditions, we will first attempt to reschedule our guests for another day,should this be impossible according to the individual’s holiday schedule then a full refund will be issued.
For an unexpected injury or sickness, a warranted medical certificate should be presented to us, for a 50% refund. If the guests are not present on the day of booking, then no refund will be issued.
Should an unforeseeable event occur then 50% will be refunded as costs are incurred to CLOUD 9 from our transfer agents. Marine travel between ports to CLOUD 9 Fiji can be affected by weather, boat issues or other issues beyond our control. CLOUD 9 recommends all our guests to purchase travel insurance to cover against issues beyond our control. For events or circumstances beyond our control, CLOUD 9 will not offer refunds for transfers, or on-board credit.
